Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

We appreciate your purchase with us at The Yoni Day Spa. We accept returns for store credit or exchanges only. No cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed. If your order has not shipped we can however, make changes to the mailing address, email address or contact information if they are incorrect.

PLEASE NOTE: The Yoni Day Spa is unable to apply any discount codes, promotions, fees, or funds lost or forgotten due to failure to input any promotional codes after the order is confirmed. 

Damaged or Defective Products

Damaged or defective products may be returned. Email us helpdesk@theyonidayspa.com. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product.
