Incorrect Shipping Information
ASHLEY ASATU LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect. If a package is returned to ASHLEY ASATU LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
ASHLEY ASATU LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, ASHLEY ASATU LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
We provide standard shipping, which can range from 1-3 business days, depending on your location & courier.

Shipping Processing Time
- All products take 7-10 business days to process, with day 1 starting the day after your order is received.tracking numbers are sent via email after processing.
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays - products will not ship on Saturday's or Sunday's.
- Please allot one more business day after a holiday or sale please note that all of our products are handmade in small batches.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

ASHLEY ASATU is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
ASHLEY ASATU LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy

Local Pick-Up Policy
Orders must be picked up within 7 business days of email notification from The Yoni Day Spa. If not, customer will be charged a 10% restocking fee and issued a store credit for the remaining balance. Items can be repurchased at current retail price.
